"I booked my room through a third party app. When we checked in they tried to charge me 100 dollars to upgrade my room because I had booked a "handicap accessible room." Then when we agreed that I wouldn't pay that extra charge we went to the room and it was disgusting. Stains on the walls, grease film on the windows the AC smelled like mold. The sheets were smeared with some kind of food. I took the sheets off and there were little tiny bugs on the bed. Complained to the twins at the desk who pretended that they didn't hear me at first. 5 minutes of hollering later and they gave me a room just as bad. Bugs all around, dirty bathroom, exploded food in the microwave. Had to provide a card for "incidentals" and they charged me 40$ for and upgrade fee a day after I checked out."
"Bed bugs, smell, stains everywhere, and just a complete lack of accountability. Absolutely the worst experience and my daughter had to experience it all. Aside from the horrible smell the moment you walk into the lobby you see someone sitting on the floor with their feet off and everything is done by paper. I was up charge $15 because I supposedly reserved a room that was handicap accessible and needed to upgrade. The moment we lifted the cover there was a tiny bug crawling around underneath. Stains all over the comforters and used paper cups by the coffee maker. Stay away!"
