"The staff at this location are friendly and efficient, but my visit yesterday to LabCorp will be my last. I had a urine test for a suspected UTI. It is a 5 minute test, with cultures done if the results are positive. LabCorp takes 24 hours to report a five minute test according to its website. After I called about a failure to report my results in 24 hours, LabCorp told me my test results would take TEN DAYS. Imagine waiting TEN DAYS for treatment for a UTI due to a TEN DAY turnaround on a five minute UTI test result. I have no confidence in this organization whatsoever and will not return."
"Easy and efficient. Walked in with a blood work order. Signed in scanned my ID and insurance cards on the tablet. Was taken in less than 10min. Tasha was efficient and didn’t even feel the needle. In and out in less than 30min."
"Staff are nice enough but God damn chill with the needle. Got blood work done at my PCP and only felt a pinch. The lady drawing my blood here just shoved the needle straight in. It's been a few days and I'm still bruised :/. Got my results quick and was in and out pretty quickly tho so points for that."
