"Have appointment times and walk in. Extremely slow, very backed up. Obviously understaffed but the staff doesn't communicate with the waiting patients. I've watched more than 5 people give up and leave after waiting over an hour each. What's taking so long back there? Where's the communication? Hire more staff. The receptionist has also been rude to multiple customers, not me, but I'm watching this happen."

"Will update after interacting with someone besides the person who locked the door at 4:28pm when they close at 4:30pm. We went to Mexico Rd location at 4:10pm, Google showed them open until 5pm. We walk in to find a sign they are closed and a flyer where to go. We input address to our GPS and it has us take Mexico Rd and turn right on First Executive Avenue, then it told us we arrived when it was a dental office. I turn around because it's 4:22pm now and cross Mexico Rd and find the correct location. I called at 4:22pm as well and no one answered and pressed all extensions. I pull up at 4:27pm and race to door and it's 4:28pm and it's locked. So I knock on the door and a person opens it and my phone now shows 4:29pm... and she tells me they are closed. I told her "my phone shows 4:29pm and I took off work early, Google showed the other place as open and we went there first". She was not polite and said we close at 4:30pm again and I said "we were here before 4:30pm" and she told us to come back tomorrow at 7:30am. I realize it's not her fault the other location closed and that no one from Labcorp updated Google and it's not her fault that GPS sent us the wrong way with directions...but she did lock the doors early and she could've just been honest and said, we lock the doors 5 minutes to closing so we can leave by 4:30pm or whatever the reason... but they closed early. So now, I have to take off another hour of PTO to go again tomorrow. Please do better Labcorp, it's super easy to update your Google business settings to closed."
