There was an issue with the heat and the manger was waiting after the show to apologize and addressed the issue, it was wonderful to see them taking care of their customers proactively! Having the heat break is out of their control, but with the heated seats and my coat - I was comfy and the staff handled it so well. Can't wait to return!"

"I was greeted by friendly staff. I was worried that my screen would be small, since it was an older showing, but I was pleasantly surprised of the size of the screen. The biggest treat however was the awesome reclining seats. They even heat up! This place would get six out of five stars if the seats also gave me a massage. An extremely pleasant surprise was a friendly staff member handing out mints and thanking us for coming at the end of our show. Restrooms were clean, although small. The food offerings were mediocre. If you want more than popcorn or candy I suggest you eat out first."
