"I would not come back to this theater if I had a choice. First, they sold me old, stale/hard pretzel bites. For $7.95, I expected something freshly made. The pretzel bites looked/tasted like they were made a week ago, they were completely inedible. The popcorn did not taste fresh and had NO salt on it. And many of the seats in the theater were extremely worn with ripped leather. I would choose any other theater in the area over this one (or even drive further out of the way to a different theater). Probably my least favorite movie theater experience I have ever had."

"I’ve been going to this theater for the last 15 years. I can’t believe I’m saying this but I will no longer go to the theatre anymore. The upkeep of this place went completely downhill. As soon as I entered a theatre room there is a strong smell of mold that’s just unbearable, the seats are always sticky along with the floors, and the bathroom is absolutely . On top of that the staff are always so rude. There just young kids who don’t care about their jobs. I’m not asking for much. I tried giving this theatre few chances by going a few more time but it’s the same thing. It’s so sad. This was such a great theatre that’s near by and always been my first choice to go here with my friends and family"

"Went to the Marcus Addison Cinema on a Tuesday and paid $6 per ticket being a magical rewards member. Members pay 20% less at concessions, additionally are eligible for deals such as a large drink and popcorn for around $11. The popcorn is in the second photo and comes with 1 free refill. The popcorn for the day was good, wasn’t fresh, but still good. Drink station was clean. The seats were very comfortable and reclining, however, my seat particularly had the leather ripped up which was the only one in that theatre. Concessions line went pretty quick for a 7pm viewing. Overall great experience, few things that could be improved."

"Management is really friendly at this theater I really love Marcus Addison Cinema's especially $5 Tuesday's>Keep them going & I'll keep on returning also this theater also has very friendly service>When ever I need an refund due to other plan's or unable to make it>never had any refund issues at all. Can easily enjoy 3 movie's for $15 or 5 movie's for $25 on $5 Tuesday's. I also love the giant size UltraScreen>Food is awesome too>reclining seats are really comfortable. Come to Marcus Cinemas anytime I can ❤️"

"Theater requires tickets and concessions to be purchased in advance. Premises seems clean. Seats are cushioned and very comfortable. Drinks and the Icee machines are available for you to self dispense. I didn't see anything wrong security wise as the parking lot was adequately lit up and no presence of any sketchy element was to be found. I went on a Thursday evening if that matters. In short a nice facility."
