Reviews of Northwest Airport Inn
"Place is disgusting- cockroaches, nasty dirty curtains from the 70's and carpet that will turn the bottoms of your socks black. All this for only $320 a week plus a $200 deposit that they will most certainly screw you out of like they did me. They don't even deserve 1 star."
"The room was spacious but was covered in cockroaches and the gentleman at the front desk who works nights was very obnoxious and highly rude and very inappropriate and most definitely deserves to lose his job and most definitely doesn't deserve to work with the public at all and I will never stay at this establishment again and will be making a formal complaint and a report to insure that he no longer works for this place or ever deals with the public again so he never has a chance to make another person feel less than again"
"I'm going to say without looking this place proably gets some bad reviews. But it does provide something the community's surrounding the location need. A reasonable price for a place to live in an emergency. The AC works you can cook and have privacy in separate rooms. The service they provide is discounts for non profits helping homeless people. A problem that isn't going away anytime soon. At least till AI takes over and fixes all our problems for us. Lol"
"I live here for almost two years. What I loved most was the amenities and the high level of security. Of course the building needs some remodeling, and you may even see some bugs, but they do come and spray from time to time. However, its not infested, at least not in the buildings i lived in…but for what it is, it’s a pleasant place to live."
"Absolutely the worst place someone could stay! I was leaving to go out of town for a week and I went to their head office and told them no one is allowed in my room everybody should be taken off of my list or whatever that nobody was allowed in and after I left a girl went up to the front counter and said that she was my baby mama and they gave her a key to my room which she stole a lot of my stuff which then I went to the manager and told him about it and he just kind of shrugged his shoulders like oh well. And to top it off when I went to be done with the place I went through with the maintenance guy on cleaning it out and he said it looks great I'll be getting my deposit back which they decided no they were going to go ahead and keep anyways just an all-around horrible place I wish I had the money at the time to get a lawyer and sue them cuz I would have."
