"Excellent service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. When my baby started crying, a nice Mexican woman with glasses let me in without queuing. The woman taking fingerprints was also very nice, I was delighted with the attitude of the staff. Keep it up :) Thank you"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Officer Jones is the best! I think he is senior officer. Even my purpose of visiting wasn’t related to application he helped me and solved my problem in 5 min. Greatly appreciated!"
"Absolutely Perfect! The nice blinde haired lady let my wife do a walk in! My wife had to do her biometrics in a diffrent state, we couldnt make it to thst one so we showed up 5 days early to the closest one and we ask if we could do a walk in biometric exam! They said yes but it might be a little time, well a quick 15 minutes later and were out! Would highly recommend this facility to anyone! And if you try to do a walk in, please show up very early to not disturb the appointments!"
"The European lady checking docs at the door, very polite. The other Latina lady with glasses, very nice and polite. The African American lady w the braids, very nice and polite. The Latina lady (no glasses) walking around like she owns the place- Rude. She needs to be reminded that she’s working with PEOPLE that are waiting and going through a process to get citizenship/visa. Customer Service! Do better."
"The staff here are helpful and nice, but note that this is not the place to ask questions about your process and if you do they will probably give you a phone number to call. The place itself is one big open space and you will see the stations and progress when you'll get inside. Cell phone use and taking pictures inside the facility is prohibited (that's why I only have photos of the line outside) as well as drinking eating and such. I spent 53 minutes from arrival to leaving: 1. 7 minutes waiting in line outside at the entrance, they checked the form I got in the mail and my identification (type of ID depends on your status). 2. 13 minutes waiting in line inside for the front desk, they checked my docs again, and gave me a bundle of my docs with another doc and a number. Also gave me a pocket study guide for the naturalization test. 3. 30 minutes seating while waiting for my number to be called. 4. 3 minutes of taking my photo and finger prints. After that I was done ond out. All staff wear face mask and gloves. Some had even more serious gear. You will be asked to use their hand sanitizer at the front desk and twice more at the biometrics station. The chairs at the sitting area are separated and they do ask for social distancing (although in the standing line there isn't much of social distancing). There are men and women bathroom next to the sitting area."
