"I want to share my experience with this agency. Absolutely unprofessional people with a disgusting attitude towards customers. Helen Cogan and Bella Belogorsky are 2 people I had to deal with. In preparation for the tour, passport details were not requested. I was charged “by mistake” way more than my trip cost. In an emergency at the airport before departure, the agent not only did not help with the process, but showed complete ignore to the client. As a result I ended up not going and lost my money. I DO NOT advise anyone this agency! Worst service I had to deal with in my entire life"
