An appliance company sold and delivered a new refrigerator to our house but they couldn't figure out how to get it up the 25 steps to our second story apartment. A call to Judy in the morning and two movers came later that afternoon. Zip up it went--no damage to our beautiful historic staircase! Everyone was pleasant and professional. "I have used these movers in the past and they were great! That's why I have continued to use them. Unfortunately this past move in March 2021 was a nightmare. Items were lost, although I will say a couple were found and returned, MANY items were left in plain sight in the house and that's how they left it, even after 2 trips fir them, and we ended up with 3 car loads we had to move ourselves. The only reason I gave them a 3 is because I know they can do better. In the past it would have been a 5."

"Moving is always stressful but the Burner family and Adrian helped make ours a smooth experience. Previous movers were not so careful as Scott and Adrian - not a scratch, bump or bruise on any of our items or home! Scott and Adrian were kind, strong and so efficient while they worked hard to load us up, drive us across the state and unload us … all with big smiles and courtesy!! I felt a little guilty watching them but was so amazed how they used every inch of the truck space like artists (definite professionals)!! Coordinating with Tommy and Judy was so pleasant and gave me confidence during a chaotic time!! If we were moving TO the area, we would definitely shop in their stores … since we moved OUT, I can only recommend that others patronize them whenever possible!!"
