"Car got broken into while here on vacation. Will not book with them again and my car was in a gated parking area..also my car wasn't the only one we walked out to our vehicle as well as 4 others that were hit..avoid this place I don't recommend."

"Upon check in, we could not get into the room. The key fob is electric and would not unlock. We figured out you have to also pull the door towards you, this was not disclosed so it took 15/20 minutes just to get into the room. At first glance the place is stylish, upon further investigation there was dust on every surface, cobwebs in the window sill, stains on the carpet in bedroom, dents in the walls amongst other things. We also Encountered multiple bugs, huge slider, cockroach, ants, and gnats. I left the same light and After sending pictures and waiting DAYS, I have still not heard back from the Zencity team as to when I will receive my refund. The money was also taken out of my account ASAP along with a $200 deposit/fee that was not disclosed on the site (trust me I checked). All around one of the worst experiences I have ever had."

"Stay away at all costs from Zen City. I'm a legally blind girl. I extended my stay for a week. They called the Sherrifs department on me. The men and Zen City employee came into apartment without knocking ; even though I had extended. I couldn't see! They did not wear face masks. They did not knock.Since I could not see I ran thinking home invasion! Stay away for m Zen City at all costs. They then did a smear campaign on me. I have permanent injuries. "It's not too bad. Just be aware that keep a noise/motion monitor in the space, so you're not really getting full privacy. My friend and I were just hanging on the couch drinking wine and playing cards and I was notified that I was being too loud. Considering it is literally right next to a highway, I doubt I was any louder than the Semi trucks driving by. The bed is a bit cheap and rickety but the linens were nice. The door lock is a little complicated and doesn't work with the fob they give you that's used for every other doorway and parking lot access. So you have to remember a string of numbers and hope you don't accidentally lock your phone behind you as you leave, should you have a bad memory. There is no front desk/concierge/regular maid service but there are plenty of extra towels and linen. The shower water does not get hot, only warm, and there is not a lot of water pressure. The location is decent, but you'll need to drive/uber/scooter to anywhere. Not a big deal since the neighborhood is pretty safe. It is okay for the price, but the infringement on my privacy really puts me off and I doubt I would stay here again."

"I am EXTREMELY disappointment!! I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com. The site says no money will be withdrawn from your account until you reach the hotel and that was a LIE! The entire amount for the room was withdrawn the next day. It also states if canceled before 3/9/21 4pm you will get a full, that was a LIE as well! I have been contacting the property since 3/11/21 asking about my refund and every time some takes my information and say give it maybe 1 or 2 more days. I spoke with a lady today who could not keep her story straight, took my information, said she will pass it on to the manager and he would call me back. No RETURN CALL. So, I called back and now the response is, he's in a meeting that may last all day but I'm off at 5pm, I assure you I will call you with an update, never happened! At this point, I just want my money refunded back to my card as fast as it was withdrawn. Very unprofessional!! Seems I will have to just dispute with my bank since no one at this place will return my phone calls nor see that I receive my money back....."
