"Whoever wrote the last post is one of the owners.. They have not a room that handicapped accessible and all they did put a wood slant in front. So if this a fire I would have to just crawl out. Plus why is their garage right behind where I stay and a window. Do not recommend them at all. They tried to get in!!!"

"The proprietors of this sleazy establishment are overly involved in their tenants affairs, for no reason that I've observed! I almost didn't receive my 20$ deposit the very next day upon checkout, because they were unaware they only had one face towel in the room! They gave me my deposit, but were still under the impression I took their face towel! Anyway, the rates are great! The rooms are decent, as far as cleanliness! The owners are over paranoid about something, I don't know what! They just need to relax!"

"Owner is very disagreeable and refuses ALL guests (even extended stay customers ) to have visitors or even allows a ride to go inside for more than 5 minutes. Completely redicilous expectations and the Lady manager never smiles or tries to act civil, her husband is friendly and happy when she's not overlooking his every move. Although the pricing is most affordable if you can gat along with the desk clerk."

"I've been here for 6 months because of the seclusion and quietness. I work hard driving big rigs so I need the peace. The owners are good people. They have to deal with a lot of deadbeats. It is a little pricey though. After the completion of my home I'll be moving. I will miss the place. Having a car is best here. Everything is right off of I-270. I haven't had any vermin or roaches or none of that stuff. I hope that the house that I move into will be in a good quiet area similar to this place."

"The owners are pretty nosey. I asked them for toilet paper, new sheets and towels and they acted like they didn't want to do it. They kept saying that they would do it themselves later but I didn't want to be bothered later I was trying to sleep. They also tried to screw me out of $10 saying that I didn't pay the deposit for the room key which I did otherwise how did I have it to begin with. For the price they are charging I shouldn't have to deal with them not giving me the sheets and comforter to do myself. I have also seen a few bugs/roaches in the room. Also the t.v. has a really annoying feature were a lady talks and tells you the volume when your changing it, turning it off, and mute that I couldn't figure out how to disable. Now the upside to all these negatives is they do have a refrigerator, it's secluded but still close enough to something's if you got a vehicle but not ideal if your on foot due to the fact that there isn't much lighting around the area."
