"If it’s didn’t have the Marriott label you’d think it’s some two star hotel. Old building, kept clean nonetheless. Definitely not worth the Marriott premium that you have to pay for the room."

"The hotel staff are great, Marilyn made a positive difference in our stay! The ownership REALLY needs to carry through with the renovation promises. As platinum I have stayed at a number of Marriott properties and this one is in real need of renovation. We will stay again once that is completed."

"Rooms : Rooms are rundown. Needs an update bad. Broken tile in the bathrooms. Couches are nasty looking. Doors are squeaky and not properly fitted. Service: Morning and day shift were so nice and hospitable. Always greeted and made to feel confortable. That being said, Mary on nightshift was so rude. Asked what we needed to do to check out she got an immediate attitude. Then when we asked for a receipt got another attitude. Only asked her two things and was treated like an annoyance. We did leave at 3 in the morning but the attitude made us have a longer interaction then necessary. Location: Great location seems like decent area. Really close to restaurants and shopping. Other: Breakfast is very basic. Overall: i would not recommend. They need to update the rooms."

"I stay at a lot of hotels. This one is clean and well maintained. What you would expect at a hotel. The person at the front desk, Mary, is super nice. She is really great if you take a few minutes and chat. I will come back here just because Mary made me smile and laugh."

"Our room smelled of Marijuana smoke. The room itself was clean, the sheets weren't stained, but I don't think they were washed between guests. There wasn't any bedding for the pullout in the room. We went to the other room we had rented and found that there was no bedding in that room for the pull out as well. The staff was very nice and helpful and retrieved it for us. The breakfast selection was mediocre, and the cereal dispenser was functional but needed to be cleaned out, so it dispense without sending it everywhere but your bowl. There were just a lot of little things not being done in the hotel that when you put it all together adds up to big things. The company did refund us for our stay."
