"I do not know what this is but this is disgusting. This is just left on the window in plain sight so I do not know the cleanliness of the room is but this is unacceptable to have this directly on the window. I do wish construction was not blocking the main entrance, it took forever to find the "temporary" entrance. A lot of tools and Sharp objects left all over. Almost got hurt because of everything being on the floor near the entrance, not safe at all."

"Was under construction and stayed in one of the newer rooms. First, only entrances on one side of the building were open but there was not enough parking spots on that side. As a result guests had to walk in the dark rain to the other side of the building. Second, the room size and overall quality was not at all what I have came to expect from a Courtyard. It was much more akin to a lower level hotel stay. I will say the staff was super polite and professional."

"The hotel is undergoing some construction. I didn't know that meant no bar/food. Because it is a courtyard, that is the only means of getting food or drink. So I had to uber to Westport, a mile away, to get coffee. Not ideal. The room was fine. Mostly. A cable behind the tv was loose so the cable signal went out. The front desk told me to check the cables because they come loose. The lamp on the desk has outlets. They did not work. I am a platinum member with marriott for staying at Marriott's, not from a branded credit card. At all other courtyards you get a daily credit. Not here. But then again they never acknowledged I was any level of marriott member. I think the front desk staff is taking typing lessons since when you get near them they start typing. And then type some more. And then type some more. No lines. Not another soul in the lobby. Still, it took a while to be helped. I am trying to think of a reason to choose this hotel. I am coming up empty. I wish I could go back in time so I could choose a different hotel."

"The staff was incredible my sister had some issues with her reservation and they were so understanding and made her stay special. I would definitely recommend this location. I also had a positive experience staying here myself."
