"Nothing says welcome to St. Charles like being physically threatened by the security guard on his second night of working at the facility just for having a beer with my co workers in the lobby. We stay here multiple weeks a year for work and have never experienced anything like we did tonight. Oh and he’s Ex-marine (he made it very clear to us he was stronger than us) I love falling asleep to the gentle thoughts of knowing there’s someone just down in the lobby that would love to rough you up a little bit as a paid guest. Mmmm comfort."

"The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and clean and comfortable. We appreciated the free snacks and drinks at the evening reception. The bartender/supervisor was great too. When you stay here, do not skip the breakfast! So many choices- from the made to order eggs to the very large buffet, not to mention the variety of fruit, yogurt and cereals. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was very nice. The room was in great condition. The bathroom/shower were very clean. The free breakfast bar in the lobby was top notch. It had pancakes/waffles, fruits, cereals, a toast and bagel hutch and to top it all off, a free omelet bar. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"It was wonderful. From the front door to the to room to the pool and hot tub to the cocktail hour to breakfast everything was done with excellence. Seeing people cleaning the building throughout the day just to make it shine was wonderful to see. The pool area was spotless even as it was being used. The cocktail hour was refreshing and delicious to enjoy after an amazing day. It was continued to be filled as everyone was enjoying it as to not run out. The breakfast was served hot and quick with two omelet cooks preparing everyone’s food delicious and quick. Everything was done with intention and execution was with excellence."
