Holiday Inn St. Louis Arpt West-Earth City, an IHG Hotel 3400 Rider Trail South, Earth City, MO 63045

"Simply put, this hotel is unsafe and should not even be allowed to have guests stay at. Elevators were broken, so guests were required to use the service elevator. Later, guests had to be moved to rooms on the lower floors because then the service elevator did not work. Lobby and hallways were in terrible condition because of damage and/or construction. Housekeeping did not bother to make our beds. I was told to contact the general manager, Nicolas, regarding our complaints, and have not received any reply yet."

"By far the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Hotel is undergoing renovations. The wall paper is hanging off the walls, the elevators don’t work, the TV doesn’t work, one of the beds looks like a 600 pound person laid in it for 20 years, and to top it all off there was no hot water!!! The highway is extremely loud if you are on that side of the building also. I stayed in room 325. I will say the lady at the front desk was very nice. I am a loyal IHG Diamond Elite member."

"Me and my husband decided to stay here because it was snowing and had ice on the roads. We met the manager Mrs. Dion was such a sweet lady she helped us out even when they were fixing the water pipes and drying the floors. we had to change rooms due to fire safety. And Mrs. Dion gave us a discount and complimentary meal. Then we ate at the restaurant and met the waitress (Rachel) very sweet too and the manager of the restaurant.( Food was good) He was nice too. Anyways we will be back again soon. Thank y'all so much for being so friendly to us.. P.S. this Holiday Inn is a very clean place :)"

"Horrible! Absolutely horrible! TV did not work, 3 long hairs were in the shower, shower off/on was broke, alarm went off at midnight though we did not set it, AC did not cool the room, part of the wall was not painted. All of this was not noticed till after unpacking. Worst stay at a hotel ever! Holiday Inn really does not deserve my business after the stay. Once again, if you expect anything, expect a bad experience!"

"The aesthetics was nice in the hotel. However, my room had a drainage issue. Water was pooling in the sink as well as the shower. It took a while for the water to go down in the sink. I was uncomfortable standing in the shower with the water pooling up from the drain so I had to take a wash up at the pooling sink"
