"Rooms decent , service is terrible at night rather , and the location is great. I had a family member visit with a 3 pound service Shih Tzu and was turned around at the door without question, they where only coming to make a delivery (only going to be there for 3min), but like I stated they told her her service dog was not allowed, then she put her 3pound service dog in the car and came up, before my room door closed the night before staff member some black lady called and patronized me about rather or not she brought the dog in . When clearly they can see on camera that she didn’t have anything in her hands, that was annoying and I’m not sure but I believe she’s filling some type of complaint because she can’t be without her dog and the dog can’t be without her and the lady never asked 2/18 @ 11pm"
"I reserved a room for 2/17/24 on 2/15/24. It stated free cancellation until 4pm on 2/16/24. My circumstances changed and I had to move my flight up, so I was not needing the room. I called the hotel at 10:41am on 2/16/24 to cancel. They said the room was canceled on their end. I checked my credit card a few days later and noticed the charge was on there. I called the hotel and was told I needed to contact Expedia, which i did. They had to contact the hotel. After a few days I was told the hotel would not refund my money."
"I wouldn't waste my breath or time on such an awful hotel. The room sucked, the front desk sucked, the "Continental breakfast sucked. The one good thing I could say was the housekeeper was sweet. Wifi sucked. The maintenance crew sucked. I would rather stay in my car than stay there. They charged as if they are a 4 star hotel NO HOW ABOUT A HALF STAR!!! The hot water sucked. Used needles in the parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worse enemy!!!! The refrigerator was dirty and smelled awful. The floor was dirty, maintenance crew tried to get into our room without any knocking or announcement that they were coming in our room."
"From * to ** stars Updated review after sleeping-on my hastily written original review below. My perception changed some in the light of day. This was especially true after speaking to the front desk staff this morning. It was nice to have someone listen to my concerns. The rude overnight staff set me off and therefore I was overly critical. My early morning arrival didn't help either, but the staff's attitude made it worse. Altered perceptions: - From awful to below average. - The shower was clean and spacious with a great hot shower. Though I killed a bug on the bathroom floor today. -The bed squeaked and was sunken-in, but I slept OK. -The front desk gave me more toilet paper. But until today, I've never-in-my-life had to ask for toilet paper at a motel. - Parking lot was very well lit, but all the unsavory activity outside didn't make that enough. Other notable items: I could hear conversations & the neighbors tv through the walls. Someone talking outside the window plus simply car doors closing woke me up this morning. And all this was while wearing ear plugs to bed. Overall a rough night staying here. Original review: Awful motel. Stay Away! Dirty. Musty smelling. Dated. Didn't feel safe or that my vehicle was safe. Rude staff when answering simple questions. Not enough toilet paper to use in the bathroom. Sketchy parking lot with loud music ALL night. Don't stay on the first floor either; the cheap windows make it feel like someone could easily break into the room. One of the worst hotel beds I've slept on. Bathroom counter was visibility dirty and the carpet & floor were absolutely gross. Wear shoes. I will not stay here again = my mistake for booking the cheapest motel for a short stay."
"Unfortunately the Cons vastly outweighed the Pros during my stay at this hotel. Pros: 1. The front desk staff was very nice. 2. Guests who have room keys are the only ones able to access the hotel (besides the very front door). Cons: 1. The room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. 2. The consierge reccommended I park my car in front of my hotel room window, which was unsettling. 3. Overall poor cleanliness. — The toilet was not clean (there were visible spots of urine on the lid). The front-most trash was not emptied. The carpet had many spots on it. 4. The toilet paper was not new, and the roll was down to about 3 squares left. 5. You could clearly see where they tried to paint over mildew in the bathroom. Also the bathroom light was super dim. 6. All of the fixtures were incredibly outdated and fidgety to use. 7. No shade on the window, only one curtain. My overall review: I wouldn’t stay here again, and don’t recommend it for others, unless the hotel is able to have some serious updates done. For a Wyndham partner hotel, this was disappointing."
