"A diamond in the rough. This hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay, so I was skeptical. However, the room was clean, the shower was hot, the sheets were clean and smelled fresh, and the bed was sooo comfy! There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine as well. The TV had DirecTv and Netflix also. The man at the front desk was very polite as well. I would definitely recommend this little gem to others."

"There are literal swastikas covering both sides of the doors before you walk in. At the front desk there is a sign saying you have “15 minutes to inspect your room” after that, “no refund.” I asked the man working the counter if they were aware of the swastikas, he replied without any hesitation or emotion “yes, what can i do for you?” This hotel is extremely fishy and does not feel safe. The rooms are overpriced despite construction being done. Super 8 is much better, suite rooms are cheaper and the environment is very hospitable."

"They said they have free breakfast but didn't. They said you can only have so many kids in one room with you or they wouldn't let us stay. It was my mother in law,sister in law, my 3 kids and me staying in a two bed hotel. My kids and I shared a bed and there was more than enough room."

"Lovely young woman at the desk! Otherwise, I think this place is pretty overpriced, especially while it's under construction and the amenities aren't available. Bed was okay, room was okay, I did like that you get several king sized pillows instead of those little ones you usually find in hotels. The coffee in the room was so terrible. Tasted like cardboard, and I'm no coffee snob. I'll usually be happy with anything that has caffeine, but I couldn't do this coffee. There wasn't even any vending for late night snacks. For some reason, there's not many places to stay in Troy, that's unfortunate. I would choose a different place next time. I regret spending the money on this one."
