I believe she might have been rather new since she mentioned something about training but she was absolutely fantastic! Samantha went above and beyond to address our concerns and even took the time to correct issues that we didn’t know we had, and were unrelated to our appointment. As soon as she pulled up our file, she identified each individual problem that we had and quickly fixed them. After nearly 6 months of being in limbo, Samantha resolved everything in a matter of minutes! My wife and I can finally sleep peacefully knowing that we no longer have problems with her permanent residency status. And it’s all thanks to Samantha!"

"It's really inconvenient now that you can't talk to a live agent. And you can't even send emails about your case. You have to select from a few choices but if your question doesn't match from the selections there's no way u can ask a different question or say something else about your case."

"This office no longer takes walk-ins. I went to get my biometrics taken. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. and they were already open. The officers are very nice. Great morning attitude. Everybody was very respectful. I was there for 30 minutes total."
