"Purchased a $1,300 sofa that lasted 3 weeks. The fabric is paper thin, and the back of the chaise broke within 3 weeks Store response was, "That isn't broken and it can appear that way when there are 2 separate pieces to the couch." I offered to pay the 15% restocking fee, and was basically told too bad and that my only option was to keep the couch. I dropped the couch back off for repair and now I am without a couch. Also out the $1,300 due to the owner "having no knowledge of that sofa" Quality 4/10 Customer Service -2/10"

"We looked at several stores for a recliner couch and Milan Furniture hit the mark. The salesman was not aggressive at all, unlike the other stores. He was right up front that the price was firm, which was still far lower than the others. I felt the price was fair, something that I didn't feel elsewhere. The couch won't be delivered for 3 weeks, which is perfect for me. So the rating may have been lower if I wanted/needed it sooner. Also the rating is only on the buying experience and not the product, since we don't have it yet. It is a beautiful piece though and I am excited for it to come."

"The owner is such a nice guy! He has so much patient. He will explain everything single detail about the furniture you are interested in. He has 2 adorable dogs and my nephew enjoyed playing with them while I looked at furnitures and ordered them. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends."
