"Windmill Antiques Etc is one of a couple of main reasons that draws me to visit the small town of Fulton Illinois. I love the vintage feel of this quaint little shop and I never leave there empty handed. Beautiful, eclectic and affordable finds, always! The shop owners are very welcoming too.
