"Our stay has a great room. The sitting area was very roomy and comfortable. The beds were great with luxury linens....I slept great! My main complaint was the quality of the paper products (tissues and toilet paper.) They were horrible! Worse than the local gas station. Everything else was so very nice, but they really dropped the ball with the paper products. One other drawback was the lack of outlets bedside for phone charging, but we just unplugged the clock and lamp."

"Rooms are clean, staff was friendly. I was there for a month and they made sure I had anything I needed. There is also several places to eat around the hotel. The Hoffman House, Scoreboard, The Tavern on Clark, and Thunder Bay are all within walking distance if the weather permits."

"Wow! This hotel was wonderful! The rooms are super clean! The bed was very comfortable! The lady checking us out was very friendly! We were just so pleasantly surprised and appreciate how nice are stay was! Thank you!"

"The staff was very nice and good looking if I may say so. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean with kitchen appliances, bowls and silverware. The dish washer was a great help. They also offered washing machines and workout room on site. The continental breakfast was very good with many options. They also had a 24 hour pantry/store for basic necessities, snacks and drinks. There are many close restaurants too. Overall it was a good experience. Now the bad stuff: The fridge didnt really fit in the spot were it was and if you didnt push it past the counter that it hit, the fridge would stay open. The pool was small and not appealing. They also filled the hot tub with concrete for add ome reason so... those weren't much of amenities."
