"Decent bed, clean sheets and towels, cable TV, good A/C and quiet. The owners are a kind family who maintain the property, respond quickly to maintenance issues and have no tolerance for criminal activity. We had no problems during the 2.5 months we stayed there and really appreciated the very reasonable monthly rate. We could not have gotten through a rough patch and back on our feet without the Napp Inn- thank you very much."

"My wife and I moved to town and were waiting on a house that wasn't finished. I stayed at the Napp Inn for three months. The owners are exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. I work in the area and one morning my car wouldn't start. I went to the office to ask if they knew of any cab companies and the owner grabbed his keys and gave me a ride to work no questions. He got me there on time and wouldn't even take any gas money that I offered him. I started out in a room without a kitchen. I told the owner I would be staying till my house was ready to move into he moved me immediately to a room with a kitchenette and lowered my rent since I was staying several months. There was never any issues on the property with loud or disruptive people and I slept well every night. It's not a Hilton so keep that in mind. It is a great affordable extended stay if you need something safe and cozy. Oh on the 4th of July the owner put on a fireworks display in the parking lot for the people staying there with kid's. Just great people! Thank you Napp Inn family!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. What a health hazard. Stood in room 15 and black mold was growing everywhere. I called the manager and he was hesitant to come but came and brought his wife. I showed the the black mold and his words were " o this is what you wanted to shoe me? This is in every room. This happens every time it rains". Then he tells his wife to go and get something to clean it up. She comes back with a black dry bedding sheet and rubs the mold with it. Saying done when she thought she was done. Then proceeds to kinda shake the black bedding sheet which made me say hey dont dont do that black mold is dangerous. He tells her to stop. Then they both leave. I go to the office and tell them I'm leaving and he offers me another room for more money and I look at him as kind as possible wanting to say more but only saying no thank you. I believe these two are oblivious to the danger black mold poses to people. The owner knows this I believe because they lease it out instead of running it. Then when they are caught up. New management comes in. Releasing the owner from doing anything. People can get long term sicknesses and get hospitalized from black mold but I guess for this owner it's all about the money. I tried posting pics but for some reason it's not letting them be seen. Be warned friends....... 280 a week for a double bed and the wifi didnt even work in room15 where I stayed. Though they promised to fix it they never did. They did give a ten dollar discount but then the black mold issue made us walk right out. The pics posted on this site needs to be updated asap."
