"My wife and I have stayed at these cabins twice as part of a short retreat. Very quiet and relaxing. Clean, comfortable, and modern cabins. Nicely decorated. I love taking walks and it is wonderful to walk across the road right into the beautiful White Pines State Park each morning."

"Cabin was beautiful, clean, and spacious! Our family of three stayed in the smallest of three cabins, Whispering Pine. There was a large group staying in one of the other cabins, but everything still felt quiet, private, secluded, and so cozy. There was WiFi, so we stayed connected despite poor cell signal. We were able to watch Netflix, hook our Nintendo Switch up to the TV, read books, hang out by the fire, and play games. Recommend bringing groceries - kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and plates. We had great carryout from Alfano's in Oregon. We enjoyed our winter stay during New Year's week. Would be even better to be here in warmer weather to hike White Pines and check out The Lodge when it's open."

"We’ve been going to White Pines State Park for 20 years straight and since we couldn’t get one of our usual cabins for one of the nights, we wanted to give this place a try since it’s across the street. We stayed at the Whispering Pines cabin and there are two other ones on the property. The other two each had an adult-sized swing, but it wasn’t a big deal for us since we were there for one night and it was a rainy night. From a size standpoint, it’s huge compared to the While Pines cabin so there is plenty of space to move around. There is wireless and they have a large antenna. However, the majority of the television channels are ones I’ve never even heard of and mostly show old television shows. But we were not there to watch television. There is a fireplace with a switch starter and it didn’t throw out that much heat. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms. While the place is nice overall, I did have to take off at least one star and I’ll give a couple of examples. On the website, there is a photo showing full shelves of games to play but the shelves were bare outside of some kid puzzles and then an electronic Uno game. Another example is in the kitchen area we saw ants and bugs crawling around and it would have been a much bigger problem if we stayed multiple days and tried to cook our own meals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return."
