"Do not use this company if you wish to retain your money. This attorney let my brother change the estate without my dad's permission and then charged us $28,000 to fix it the way it was originally written and billed and paid by my dad. How does a legitimate attorney take a man's estate and change it to where someone else gets the estate and those were not my dad's wishes. Was the attorney full of integrity to ask my dad what was going on????? No, he didn't. This is a firm who will charge you through the nose."
"We have known Ron and his staff for years. His office is very busy and they staff are sometimes abrupt and expect to you to have all your ducks in a row just as they do. We appreciate everything they have done for us in a filed that has many moving targets."
"Ron Greening helped us set up a living trust 5 years ago. Since then, we have not had to make any adjustments, but a few questions have arisen from time to time. Ron has addressed our questions quickly and clearly. In addition, a year ago, we and our grown children all met with Ron to clarify aspects of our trust for us all. The meeting was very cordial and informative. He explained the basics of our trust and answered questions with patience and clarity. We feel very fortunate to have a person of Ron’s expertise, experience, and cordial personality as our guide in making informed decisions about estate planning. We can recommend Ron without reservation to anyone seeking advice about estate planning."
"Met these folks many years ago through a presentation they offered to our church, recognized the need for an estate plan, Ron personally created one for us and explained in detail every single page. I would definitely recommend his services, "this is what he does", as he said."
"I met with Ronald Greening in 2006 to consider hiring him to represent me in a large law suit which involved about 100 claimants. I declined his representation, due to his seemingly careless, impersonal, and even condescending attitude (which he keeps in reserve until he determines how much money he can make from you). As the case progressed, another fellow claimant did hire Greening. I believe they found him to be overpriced, as I witnessed his contribution in the case to be very little, yet his cost was high. Even more concerning, is Greening's recent activity in our case. I was appalled at his stereotypical heartless lawyer behavior. About 20 attorneys signed an undisputed motion which was to be presented to Judge Herman of the State Probate Court 1. I and fellow claimants had lost millions of dollars in a ponzi/investment scheme. After almost 2 years of a grueling legal battle, a motion for some of the final monies to be distribution to the claimants was circulated for attorney signatures (November 2008). We learned that Ron Greening was the only party who refused to sign the motion, though I understand he had not actively participated in the case in over a year. But his refusal was not on the basis of the validity of the motion. Rather, he apparently he got into a private fee dispute with another attorney. He was demanding even more funds from the money which is supposed to be paid to claimants, such as his own clients. To make his problem our problem, Greening attempted to block distribution of funds as leverage for his fee dispute. Fortunately, the Judge overlooked Greenings objections. I couldn't believe an attorney, who is hired to help people, used the situation to harm people, for his own personal gain."
