"Horrible treatment! Went in for CARE and was told the doctor is TOO BUSY! I WAS TOLD TO GO TO URGENT CARE and was experiencing chest pain! Shameful treatment!! I had to get an EMS to come take me to the hospital!! Not happy AT ALL!"
"Dr Dang and his staff always show me the utmost in respect and courtesy. The wait times are not like other offices, he stays on top of things. He really cares about his patients and listens to my concerns. I can tell him when things are wrong and he hears me. His care is a breath of fresh air compared to previous doctors I have used. His office is clean and tidy, easy to get to, and the staff is really awesome."
"My parents have been seeing him for years now. I’ve told them that he was not good but they’re concerned about their English (Dr Dang can speak Vietnamese) so they keep visiting his office, because they don’t have many heath concerns other than regular/preventive exams. Today my parents went to visit Dr Dang. When my mother politely asked as she had already been waiting for 35 mins, Dr Dang became angry at her and rudely told her to go see another doctor if she couldn’t wait any longer. Never in my life have I heard a physician speak to a patient that way. Additionally, the staff seem to not only bad at time management but also phlebotomy skills. After a long wait, my mom had blood draw. It took two nurses and 3 attempts to get her blood. She now has bruises on both arms. Dr Dang, if you don’t think you can give enough attention to your patients, please only accept an adequate number of patients that you think you’re able to handle. Your time is valuable but you should also be respectful to your patients’ time. I will find a better PCP for my parents."
"Dr. Dang is an exceptional doctor who showed me genuine care for both my health and finance. He was very thorough about my exams and answered all of my questions with the intention of educating me. He also warned me about the potential cost of some exams and had he not done that, I would have had to unnecessarily pay a lot for them. Everyone else in the office was also kind and welcoming - I highly recommend his office!!"
"Nice and clean office Easy to find. Very convenient next to a pharmacy. I can get my medicine right after doctor visit. Doctor Tony Dang was very nice and friendly. Also all the ladies nurses and front desk ladies were very nice and fun to talk with. I was able to make my appointment. Easy and simple. Don't know what was the other reviews was talking about."
