"2 starts because they work is great but they customer service is horrible. I went in at 9:20 and left at 11:06 with my eyebrows not done by one person whom I always go to. Her business took off because of black women and she moves with an ego like little money is not worth her time. She not once acknowledged that I had been sitting all morning. I get “appointments” but for 5 minutes to wax my eyebrows I don’t get all that extra stuff done is just mind boggling. I will never go back there because this is not the first or second or third time."

"First of all when I first came in I walked up signed my name and waited a good 15 minutes before anyone acknowledge me and they were just sitting there talking not working besides the ppl doing the brows and lashes. Leslie was cool until she started polishing my feet I had multiple issues with the polish and her being the professional should have said maybe we should use another polish since this one may not be any good and it’s spotty and not looking to good. She kept continuing polish after I said I was not happy with the service instead of trying to correct it and suggest other options. I live out of town and I will not be returning when I come to visit my family. Not a happy customer. And I don’t feel like I should have paid full price walking out with messy toes and had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for a color change"

"This place need more workers they will have you sitting for hours after hours. I understand appointments but like no one should be sitting for 5 hours just to get eyebrow wax. I will no longer get service done from them"

"My review is for lashes! The shop is located on a busy corner and there is only street parking. Honestly, the parking situation stinks and it is hard to find parking in the evening hours. When you arrive you are able to walk in a little walk way, then you have to buzzed into the shop. Only those getting a service are allowed in. I go to BiBi for lashes and I absolutely love her! All of her work is AMAZING! This is my first time at her shop, but I have had my lashes done by her 3 times. My first time was a group of us for a wedding. Each time my lashes actually last! She is very friendly, welcoming, patient and gentle! My eyes are really sensitive to lighting and tear a lot. BiBi has never made me feel bad about and always worked around it. BiBi also offers eyebrow wax, henna and microblading! Prices are fair! They sell mask for $1 if needed. I recommend to make an appointment! Walk-ins are welcome, but they get busy."
