"I have only been able to get an appointment once and have tried multiple times for single appointments after. Throughout the months. Scheduling I feel is their biggest weakness as you can go through all the steps. And still have “no appointment” on the day you show up for said appointments. Whether it comes down to over scheduling or not following through. It makes it hard to want to be a repeat customer. I had been given free massages by friends to use, and also “upgrades” by the staff for my “next appointment” which seems to never be able to happen. Which my family have shared similar experiences as we all live in the area. A shame as it is so nicely located. To speak on the one experience of my first and only time I did have. I enjoyed it, they were kind and really was a good experience. I do hope that they are able to find a good fit in their process to schedule and keep appointments."

"Front staff isn’t trained properly. I called inquiring about canceling my membership and asked what date i will need to come in by in order to not be billed for the following month. I was given the wrong date so I will be forced to pay for an extra month and the only response i got from the front staff was an eye roll and that the employee who told me the wrong date was “new”. Employees who don’t know the policies and cancelation dates shouldn’t be on there own."
