"I recently had my first gel overlay appointment and had the privilege of being serviced by Kisha. She was not only super professional and patient with me as it was my first-time experience with gel overlay, but she had a great sense of humor. Kisha was kind enough to explain to me the process of a gel overlay, demonstrating her vast experience in the field. I intend to continue my healthy nail journey under Kisha's expert care!"

"The experience overall was not great. First, I made an appointment through texting cause when I tried to call they texted back. I had a gift card here so I drove 30 mins for my apt. I arrive and am told the apt was never scheduled. Luckily for me one of the techs could see me. She was nice and friendly. She did cause one of my fingers to bleed significantly through the manicure. Super apologetic but nonetheless not great when it cost $110. I did gel overlay and it chipped on 4 different fingers within 3 days. Therefore I had to schedule an appointment to fix it which the tech graciously did however, the nails chipped again within 3 days again. The tech was nice and the spa is clean but $110 for a manicure that chips is just not something I could justify."

"Highly recommend Kelly for nails including overlay. She talks you through the entire process step-by-step, making recommendations along the way but always honoring what you want as the client. She’s patient, kind, and conversational, which is helpful since gel is a longer process!"

"I have seen Kisha for overlay several times and she ALWAYS does a wonderful job. She is pleasant and personable and makes my nails look like a million bucks! Scheduling my nail appointments on the Legendary app is easy and convenient. I get compliments on my nails daily and I recommend Legendary every time!"

"My first visit with Kisha in Hinsdale was a manicure and I left with nips and blood soars on at least 4 fingers! I sucked it up and silly me went again, thinking it would be better the 2nd time around with a gel overlay. NOPE! I Also scheduled a pedicure that the receptionist failed to schedule and they simply said, 'sorry, there's someone else coming after my nail appointment. (Mind you, my flight to Mexico was that next morning). No apology or accountability from the receptionist, no trying to see if the next customer had any flexibility. After trying to get some understanding and management involved and having to convince there so call manager Kate to simply ask the next customer of there flexibility, she FINALLY gave in! Like wow! What kind of manager is she supposed to be?! At this point, I'm heated because of the lack of professionalism! (Luckily, the next customer was flexible. Had she not been flexible, they would've sent me home to leave to Mexico with my feet not done! Highly disgusted! (The pedicure was rushed and not comfortable) (No phone call was ever attempted by the owner in regards to the situation!) But instead, Here's the kicker!: They removed me from being able to schedule future appointments stating I was being a 'Bullie!' Is this what our society runs to! There feeling when they are in the wrong and the customer is upset with the treatment they receive!?! No apology. No accountability. No understanding. Just go on your trip and figure my feet out another time! I definitely do NOT recommend Legendary due to there unprofessional manor when it came something that was not my fault! Such a terrible experience!"
