"Im unsatisfied with today’s visit, I showed up on time and the technician was running late w/another customer, No big deal, I had nothing else to do today, so I did not mind waiting the 10 -13 minutes, when I was finally brought back, the technician and the girl at front desk was going over my treatment plan and the girl from the front desk was training technician, by this time I was there for 20/ 25 minutes..(Which is usually the time it takes to have laser tattoo removal) Once I realize what was going on, I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave without having my treatment done, I felt that this conversation and training should’ve been done in the morning huddle or the day before not in front of the paying customer. I had asked what was going on, and if I can have some clarity on today’s treatment, they both looked uncertain, and I already knew this was not something I wanted to follow through with these two girls. I asked for Paige, and unfortunately Paige is no longer there, so I decided to leave, due to their uncertainty of how to treat my session. After all this, it was about 35 minutes into the appointment and I was charged a no-show fee. I will continue my tattoo removal process elsewhere."

"Called and booked an appointment with the person I spoke to over the phone, who seemed to be knowledgeable.( I can’t remember her name) Showed up for my appointment and was told I would be having my appointment with someone else when I got there. I had my appointment with Page who stated she is the manager. I will not be returning. Page was condescending and unprofessional calling me honey and sweetie instead of my name. I’m 56 years old and don’t appreciate a young girl calling me these things in a professional setting. In addition, she had no clue anything about the removal process other than the obvious, the machine is attracted to color and will zap where there is colored ink and other useless babble. I want to know where the ink dissolves etc and she did not have the slightest clue. I would strongly recommend being treated by an actual professional."
