"They’re very helpful and professional!! They were referred by someone who I ran across at work, who gave me their contact information. So far, I’m well pleased! ….A year later, MMA is under investigation for fraudulent monetary activities. My case was in the settlement stage with my Insurance Company, payments already released for appraised damages for the Appraisers. My home still has appraised major repairs that need to be done. I have used moneys from my adult kids, my CU savings and help from friends while my Insurance Company is using this fraudulent case issue and reevaluating “I don’t understand what” Maybe MMA kept my settlement money and I’m not being informed?? I now have a second “new” attorney who is trying to help."

"Run as fast as you can from this firm! They don't return phone calls or emails. To date, I have never actually spoken to or met any attorney from this firm. I asked for my files after the state of Louisiana suspended their license for fraud, they refused to send my file to me. They attempted to send me documents to sign electronically to sign up with another firm. I told them I didn't want to associate or do business with a firm being investigated for fraud. RUN as fast as you can. I'd give them zero stars if that was an option. BEWARE! This firm is a perfect example of why lawyers get bad raps."

"McClenny & Moseley has had our settlement check since January and has not sent us the funds. It was a $15000. check to get our roof fixed. The roof is currently leaking and we have more damage, now in the interior of the house. I started to keep a record of the number each time I have called them concerning this. Since I started to keep a record I have called them 5 times an I emailed them once. They do not follow through with the promises they make on the phone. They have had the money from the insurance company for 5 months. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"I have repeatedly called them to get a status on 2 checks that was supposed to be issued. We received one for endorsement, returned to them and can't get any response. The other one has mysteriously disappeared. All we get is that stupid 3rd party answering service and no return calls. We signed all the contracts. They are supposed to be communicating with the Insurance Co for further payments but we can't find anything out about that either. If I had known this was the treatment we would get, I would have used someone else. I still have no kitchen cabinets or other repairs done since Hurricane Laura. They were supposed to be my saving grace to complete repairs. HAHAHA. So dissapointed."

"Firm will not mail check owed us from original claim that was prior to our first contact with them. It was reissued omitting my insurance company’s name due to the fact we sold damaged house before we got the check. Since this law firm is representing us with new claims, check had to be sent through said law firm. Only response came two weeks ago assuring us it was being mail THAT DAY. Still no check and no response to numerous calls and texts sometimes daily. Although we are ALWAYS assured someone will be calling us back within 24 hours. We are working people depending on this money but I feel there is no one there that cares."
