Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

"Deceitful practices, DO NOT purchase gift certificates from this establishment. I had a Couples Massage Package purchased for my husband and I as a Christmas gift. I attempted to schedule the massage and was informed that the advertised and listed gift certificate for a couples massage is actually only for 1 person. I was informed I needed to purchase a 2nd couples massage package for it to include 2 people, a couple. Gift cards are nonrefundable. A message was sent to the manager to see what could be done, I received no phone call. I called customer service and was told another tricky tactic they use is that after purchasing a nonrefundable gift certificate, there should have been instructions on the email to purchase the 2nd couple package. This in fact is not the case and there is no verbiage in the email or website about this practice. I understand nonrefundable and would even be willing to use the paid money toward 2, single introductory massages and be done, but management, who is the only one to make a determination feels it’s not important enough to call back to discuss. I mean they already have the money so I guess I see why. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!"

"This place is terrible! They canceled my appointment 2 times. Both times 1 day before the appointment! Last time they not just canceled my appointment, they also changed me a cancellation fee of $39.98 Every time that I have called to speak with a manager (more than 4 times) they told me that she was busy. I’m doing a charge back, but I just want to warn others from using this company and this particular location! This is so wrong! I never experienced this level of audacity!"

Alma my skin therapist made my first experience comfortable and recommended some great products to help my skin glow and clear up from black spots and acne scars. Jada has great customer service skills. she help sign me up for membership. I like the rewards program! It has only been a little over a month since I started going here but it is so worth it.
