"I regret getting a membership with Massage Envy. It is near impossible to get out of a Massage Envy contract. They continue to bill you after the contract is canceled. The overall experience has been terrible. Whatever you do NEVER sign up for a membership with any Massage Envy franchise. You will regret it."

"This is for the extremely poor customer service after you sign a contract. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service and how the ultimate goal is to have a customer sign a contract and not provide the details. What the contract states is not what one is told. I had attempted to cancel it due to heath issues and not being able to continue with the massages. The front desk couldn’t provide a customer service number and only one they thought was customer service but unsure of the hours (it was for Arizona and each location is independently franchised). Multiple times I called and all they will tell me is a message will be left to the manager and she will call back. She doesn’t call back until several times. By then another month is charged. The contract auto renews after one year ends without any notification of increase in prices as the contract states one will be notified at least 45 days prior to auto renewal. They will email you a form and ask you to print and complete it and it should takes 20 business days to cancel after they receive it. The contract states you can email to request to cancel contract at email address provided."

"This has been my Massage Envy home for a while now. They have been through a good number of staff and management over the years and it seems they have found a great rhythm lately. The desk staff are so helpful and attentive. They also have several therapists who really give good advice about how your muscle pain or discomfort might have come to be through your habits/occupation, etc and what to do (stretches, etc) to help prevent issues. Andrew and Emily are some I would really recommend for that kind of therapeutic massage and health input. Also Ginta, Ruth, and Tanya give wonderful massages. They do a great job!"
