"My experience at Advance Wellness was awesome. Right when I got to the spa, I was welcomed by the spa coordinator and then introduced to Shari. She introduced herself and led me to the treatment room. She made me feel at ease, asked me if I wanted some water or if I wanted to go to the restroom prior to starting. Being 84 years old, I appreciated that she asked me these questions. During my treatment, Shari made sure I was comfortable on the treatment table, put. an extra pillow under my knees as I had issues on my left knee where I could not bend. During my treatment, she continued asking me how I was doing and I really enjoyed my treatment. I have to say that of all the facials I have done, this was the best facial treatment I ever had.
