"Had a great experience. Danny and Angela were at the front desk, both super sweet and had lovely conversations with both. I personally like when customer service doesn’t feel like robots and I’m not some npc. Made me feel like an actual human, very respectful of boundaries. Everyone asked if I needed anything (water, tea, bathroom) I appreciated how thorough everyone was (also I’m just happy tea was offered over coffee) I had accidentally booked with a male therapist but! Jian did an amazing job. He was very respectful, kind, consistently made sure I was comfortable. My purse was falling off my shoulder and he took it for me which I thought was really kind. It was $75 for starting pay (hour full body) which personally I didn’t think was that bad compared to other prices in the area. It does go up after your first session but I do think allowing people to simply try it at a cheaper price is really considerate. I will be going back, Angela mentioned she does facials. I’d definitely like to get one done by her and another massage from Jian. Environment was very clean, soothing, calm, and friendly. No negative energies or hostility. Would definitely recommend:)"
"Message therapist seemed to be a good person but probably a beginner. She didn’t perform confidently, needed multiple reminders to maintain the pressure. I don’t know if she was trying to not hurt me but at the end of massage I didn’t feel like I had a massage. It just felt like someone just applied moisturizer all over me and let me go."
"The spa is always clean and smells good. The music is so relaxing and my massage therapist, Jian is the best there is. He is so patient, kind, accommodating, checks in throughout the massage about pressure etc. he reminds me to drink water and use my heating pad until I see him again! He truly cares about my well being!"
"My Massage Therapist Jose was very personable. I could tell he loves what he does for a living. It was nice to have him work on my muscles. I also had a facial from Katie who was very professional. Her knowledge of my skin type and how I can maintain it daily was a great help. In this era of mask wearing I need to make sure I am protecting my skin. She broke down what I should be doing morning and nightly. Great experience overall."
