"If I could leave a no star review I would, My father and I scheduled an appointment to speak with Mr. Bermundez at this firm. They called us the day before our appointment to confirm on the appointment and the young lady who called was very agitated and didn't seem to have all the information for the appointment. I received a call the morning of the appointment (03/28/23) from the paralegal to inform us that the Mr. Bermundez would not be able to make the appointment as now they are not taking on any new cases. As a business owner this is very unprofessional to schedule an appointment then cancel it not even a hour before hand because now all of a sudden the lawyer is not taking any new cases. It seems no one in the office is on the same page as far scheduling either as everyone kept saying the appointment was at different days and times that what was originally relayed to me. Very unprofessional law firm would not recommend!"
