"Absolutely a joke of a firm....I was quoted 2000 dollars to handle cps on a bs call and then another 2000 to start a petition for custody case they did nothing absolutely nothing for us. I found numerous mistakes in their billing and we were charged for preparation of a change of venue that was never even filed due to a continuance because the attorney was sick and no other reason. We only saw Mr Garza one time and he did a zoom meeting and a cps in office visit and i paid him 2500 dollars and he has the audacity to say i owe 1700 more. Nothing was handled i still have a cps case and a custody case which i have to hire an attorney for now. The letter of rep wasnt filed so we got a judges order served....they had numerous mistakes in affidavits and court filings and didnt even put my name right on the motion to withdraw. You are better off letting a monkey handle your case than ever giving money to this firm. i would give negative 100 stars if possible...thieves!"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid his $3000 retainer fee in full and this lawyer did absolutely nothing for our case. Constantly put wrong dates on documents and did not communicate information with us. Does not look out for best interest of his clients. Do not trust this lawyer, he will just take your money and run."
