"This was my first experience with a law firm, and if this is one of the best out there, I hope its my last. I filed with them for the 3m earplugs lawsuit years ago, i got a text sometime in september saying the deadline to submit my dd214 was in 2 weeks. Those who know anything about the VA know this deadline is laughable. I tried calling, texting, and emailing them, zero responses. I continued to receive multiple automated texts, emails and calls every single day, but not once could i get a single response from a human being, no one ever called me back. Finally this month i get my disability paperwork from the VA a year and a half after filing, showing i have service connected tinnitus (still no dd214 despite requesting it months ago) WattsGuerra and the court HAD to know how miserably inefficient the VA is when they set this deadline. Amazing now this lawfirm has people answering the phone, now that its too late for me. Almost like they get more money, the less Vets they had to pay out. Absolute scum behavior"

"I made the unfortunate mistake of choosing Watts Guerra for my 3m litigation. Compared to my peers that used other firms, I had to do more leg work myself, while Watts Guerra got me a substantially worse settlement, despite having more evidence. I wish I could at least say that they were easy to work with. The only time they were easy to get ahold of was when they signed me up. Once I was a client it was nearly impossible to get help and any work they told me they'd do was never followed through on. You'd be better off doing it alone.i would rate this firm lower if it was an option."

"I was part of the roundup lawsuit and my case has been settled for over 2 years and i still have not received my payment. The case was given to another company to handle the lien resolution, but WG has been no help when asked to provide an update. I guess WG got their money and now I'm on my own with no support. I see a lot of other law firms posting updates on payment status, but crickets from WG. Feeling I get is that they do not care about their clients, just my personal opinion."

"Honestly if I could leave zero stars for this law firm I would! I wouldn’t them to represent my worst enemy! Upon reading the other reviews it’s safe to say that everyone’s major issue with this firm is their lack of communication. Which to put it mildly their customer service is inept and atrocious at returning phone calls and emails! I wish I had never signed with them and instead done my due diligence and researched other law firms! It’s pitiful that clients can never reach anyone via email or phone! Y’all need to do better because heaven only know how much money that you all are making off of this six billion dollar settlement."

"I have been trying to get in touch with them for months. Through phone, email, texts. No one responds. They just send mass emails, but never send individual emails. I have no idea where I stand in the current 3m lawsuit. Everyone else that I talked too were contacted by their respective attorneys, none filed with watts guerra, and they know exactly where they stand. It is so frustrating."
