"My whole experience has been great with Dr. Kruti Nair and staff. I was scheduled with no problems and got in pretty quickly when compared with other doctor offices you have to wait months to get an appointment. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The doctor was compassionate and knowledgeable. I had no negative experiences with this office and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a cancer specialist."

"Poor Patient service from office/adm. My mother and I have been trying get an appointment since January 26, 2024....someone has taken message and said they'll call back. .they still haven't called back....just called again only to leave another message for someone in New patient scheduling to call back. The referral info was sent 1/26/2024...so that's not the reason. Very disappointing since I am already a patient of Dr Nair and that isn't helpful either. Dr Bair is wonderful so unfortunately her patient interaction is not conveyed thru scheduling."

"Dr Kruti Nair is a wonderful doctor. She is prompt, very kind and thoughtful. Takes time to explain how everything works. I have issues with my liver and she addressed every concern and question I had. Her entire staff including the ladies behind every desk , and lab and her personal assistant are very friendly and helpful. Office and sitting areas are clean and much to my surprise her personal assistant took the time to wipe the surfaces in the Dr office I was in. I was beyond tickled as I worry about germs, blood, flu etc so that was a huge plus . Good to know they take precautions. I've been going to Dr Nair since last year. You can't go wrong with her. Parking is hard but they have a nice man in a golf cart that picks you up and drops you off if you see him. Stay positive. Negativity gets you no where."
