"If I could give zero stars I would. Had first meeting with attorney and it seemed great. Was told he would handle my entire case (Demand letter, EEOC filings, lawsuit, etc.) for a $500 non-refundable retainer plus 15% contingency and no other fees. I have this in writing. Once I gave him the $500 fee he was virtually impossible to communicate with. When caught in contradictions in what was agreed upon, he refused to discuss. When I asked what was happening with my case, I was told that in order to move forward, I would have to pay him more up front. This was NOT in the original verbal or written agreement. When asked for a full and complete copy of my case file 3 days prior to needing it, I was informed that it wouldn't be ready until after the day I specified. I will be filing a complaint with the bar, as well as reviewing him on other sites."

"It is in my subjective opinion based on information and interviews of wrongful termination case clients that this firm is located in the same building as EEOC for a reason, their financial benefit and not necessarily for the best interests and benefits of their clients. This firm failed to provide adequate support and guidance to their client(s), other-words, they sat on their hands and never really made any real effort to provide the best and hardworking legal services to the client. The outcome of cases were very weak in terms of client benefit. I do not recommend this firm to provide legal assistance for employment issues, look elsewhere for the best benefit for clients. You have been warned. I give this firm a single star, due to their lack of effort for their client. It is highly recommended that you search for legal advice/assistance away from this building."

"After doing research and reading reviews, I decided to trust and more forward with Poncio Law firm. Initially they said they would take my case but wanted me to pay a retainer fee of $700. I had just lost my job so there was no way I could pay that. They then offered to represent me for mediation, so I said okay. They told me to call them whenever that time came. My employer didn’t want to do medication. Once the EEOC wrapped up their investigation, I got the right to sue. I waited 7 months, thinking I had representation. I have a new job now and I can pay the retainer fee. Today the paralegal (who thinks she knows my case) told me the lawyers won’t take my case because mediation and litigation are two different things and they don’t do litigation apparently. What the hell? Is this a law firm or not? This tells me this law firm is not what it seems. It seems like they want easy cases like mediation, which technically you don’t need a lawyer for. Also the paralegal asked me derogatory questions and assumed the answer, that’s discrimination. I regret trusting this law firm that I wasted so much time with. Also, don't be fooled by the rating. I think the employees are giving 5 stars because literally after my review, rating went down to 4 stars. A few minuets later its back to 5 stars but there is no additional reviews. hmmm.. that's shady. Real shady."

I hope to never have the need for his services again however if I ever do get in the situation that calls for an attorney again I will definitely be calling there office again. "Adam and his family are wonderful. I experienced an issue involving my termination from a prior employer. My initial legal representation was incredibly slow, minimally communicative, and located out-of-town.
