"This attorney is attempting to force an active duty service member out of his home!! The service members home was improperly taken due to a fault in the HOAs automatic payment system. The HOA foreclosed on and auctioned the house off while the service member was on active duty outside of the country (without properly notifying/ getting in touch with the service member to resolve the issue). This attorney sees no problem with these very questionable actions and is fighting to rip the home out from under the service member! I understand this is how Mr. Nichols makes money, but I would prefer to work with an attorney who respects our service member; and someone who has a base level of morality!! He might be a good lawyer, but he is most assuredly NOT a good person."
