"John Zepada was very professional and will fight for you..treats you like family. I highly recommend him!"
"Mr. Zepeda was very thorough about explaining to me the process and what the verbiage means. Everyone in the office was very kind and Ms. Cassandra his paralegal was quick with all responses and very kind and caring about my situation. I appreciate all their help!"
"Wow I wish I could give negative stars. He told me that I needed to sign an agreement requiring supervised visitation because HE didn’t “have time” to look over the orders because he was sick and the only way the other side would allow a continuance was if I agreed to “temporary” supervised visitation. He kept making promises on things he would get done and motions he would file. He sent it to me and I (not an attorney) IMMEDIATELY noticed that he did NOT do any of the things he promised. I responded by email within 2 hours and radio silence. His office was harassing me for payment while he refused to return my emails or phone calls for OVER A MONTH! When he fiiiiinallly did, he said “sorry, there was a family emergency”…pretty sure you could have had your secretary send out a mass email to all your clients letting them know. I paid the bill and he swore he would file necessary paperwork within the next 36 hours…it was 3 weeks later and I still heard nothing. I continued to call and I got a call from his secretary stating “I’m sending you a withdrawal of counsel” and that was it. He made me lose my rights with my son because HE was incapable of doing his job. It’s now been over a year and I still haven’t gotten my visitation rights restored because I couldn’t “unring the bell”. Just don’t do it!"
"Great customer service, communication and affordability. John and Cassandra have been so much help. Highly recommend"
