"February 2022, Super Bowl Sunday night, my boyfriend and I were traveling north bound I-35 in Dallas Texas merging on the I-30 on ramp at the apex when all of a sudden a pick up truck at the last minute deciding putting multiple lives at risk was more important than just simply passing the exit and coming back down, abruptly and unsafely zipped across the apex into our lane of travel causing us to rear end the truck at close to 65 mph while he was going maybe 20 from abruptly slowing down and jumping across apex. We were badly injured, but made a full recovery thanks to Montgomery law. His insurance of course tried to put us at fault because it was a rear end. Needless to say, Montgomery law was able to refute the rush to judgement and all to commonly deemed “at fault” designation on that particular claim.
