"I was very pleased with treatments I received here the staff was EXCELLENT made me feel very comfortable during a trying time. Dr. Mazloom was very informative and Tracy keep me in good spirits everyday and kept me laughing. I'm glad I came here. Chris"
"I jumped many hurdles getting through cancer treatment but when I got to Radiation Oncology at North Cypress, they made the process seamless! Christy & Tracy were helpful & organized with quick follow through. Dr. Mazloom listened to my concerns, took time to explain, & didn’t cut corners on the details. After seeing the good & bad with many docs & offices, I will be forever grateful for this team!"
"My wife and I are both on the most expensive medical plans. No copay when we see a doctor. My wife is in stage 4 cancer in her bones. She is more fatalistic and I am more optimistical. She had a melanoma 35 or 40 years ago and again 11 years ago. She does not think she will survive this one. But she loves all her doctors at NCMC! She really likes Dr Behar and Dr Hodges! She knows they will not give up on her (even though she doesn’t think she will beat it this time)!"
"I originally wrote a poor review last year but have since changed my opinion in light of what I've seen happening in the medical field during the past year. To reflect, I went in for a bad ear infection, was seen by a doctor and given good treatment, the ear infection was cleared up in 1-2 days. I had a problem with the billing, until I realized that my medical coverage in general has gone done the drain in the past 2 years- and expect things to get 10x worse under "Obama care". I was used to only paying a $20.00 co-pay but in an attempt to cut my huge payroll deduction on medical I unwisely agreed to a $1500.00 deductible before I start getting coverage. Two months ago I changed my coverage back to the "normal" plan... which also has a huge deductible as well. It's clear that the trend is going to continue to go in the direction of everyone footing their own medical bills instead of the insurance company paying most of it. It's a sign of what's to come: with all of our manufacturing jobs going overseas to China and a large amount of technological work being outsourced to India, we are going to be left with the kind of medical coverage that people in the service industries are used to- you pay out-of-pocket for everything... DON'T GET SICK!!!"
