"Was in for a massage today. They were doing construction in the office. Why would you do this when people are trying to relax!!!! Ruined my massage, all I heard was banging and vacuuming. Horrible For them not to think of their customers who are paying for a stress relief service!!!!! Bad move on their part"

"Got the classic facial. My aesthetician and I talked about the facial before she started and part of the service was extractions, which she didn’t end up doing.I’m assuming it’s because she wasn’t happy when I didn’t upgrade my facial for additional $80 or more depending on the services. Basically I got a facial massage with a ton of different products. Very very disappointing and expensive. I will not be returning."

"I have been going to this location for about 5 months for facials. I have had no issues and have enjoyed my services until recently. At my last service I received bad chemical burns all along the lower half of my face and right cheek. I came in the next day to talk to the manager and they were not available so I left a phone number. When they hadn't called me I called the salon and still the manager was unable to speak with me. I went back later in the day after work and once again the manager was unavailable. The lead esthetician called and provided me products to help heal my burns/skin. I appreciate that they cared enough to call me. I'm disappointed by the manager's disinterest in talking to me and helping remedy the situation. Mistakes happen, I accept that, but I do expect the manager to take responsibility and at least talk to me about what happened and how they can help. For this reason I have canceled my membership and will not be returning to this salon."

"I had an amazing experience at Hand and Stone. I was able to book an appointment for myself and my bff! I had Tara and she was so sweet, and knowledgeable about skin care. I felt like I was glowing after my service and can't wait to go back. My friend had a massage with Becky and loved her experience as well. The front desk staff was very kind and made us feel at home... can't wait for my next visit!"

"My Wife got me a gift card here in Geneva, I have to admit, this place is outstanding. The atmosphere was great, the staff were great and they helped me with any questions and concerns. The massage was second to none. I’m rating it a 5 star based on performance of the massage, attentiveness of the staff and atmosphere. I did sign up for the monthly package even though I think they are a bit expensive, however this is a chain and it’s little anyone can do about that. If I had anything negative to say it would only be the cost is a little High but I believe you get what you pay for and this is why I signed up for the monthly plan because it was most cost efficient. Besides who doesn’t want to save a dollar or two. All in All this place is fantastic. Thank you everyone for your professionalism."
