"It took me a little while to finally get an appointment with calling the receptionists and my referring doctor. I ran into two different receptionists when calling. One was a little rude, but the other, forgive me if I misspell, Catherine, was an absolute delight. Extremely professional, respectful, and patient. For anyone who's trying to finish their pre-op for their bilateral subcutaneous mastectomy, I sincerely hope Catherine is the receptionist you get because I have never felt more safe and validated over a phone call.
