"I bought the same hair color I normally get and when I got home I noticed the color was off. I dye my hair blonde and the product was black (correct part number for blonde). I took a picture and went back to the store along with the receipt, box and tube. The female worker told me I should have tested it on my hair first AND brought in the bad product that was bad in the bowl. She then told me I would have to pay more since I got the product on sale and brought back the other tubes to get the sale price. She refused to help me but helped the person in front of me and after me. The whole time she was rude while I was being nice. I will drive the extra miles just so I don’t have to deal with the lack of customer service and bad product. Do NOT go to this store!"
