"Excellent doctor who listens to you about your medical situation and appreciates any medical history documents you bring. Everything is very low-key and low-stress. I got quick responses from the doctor and anyone on staff. I didn't have to keep calling and bugging people for answers. The patient portal is also very nice and useful in terms of patient care and knowledge. I had some genetic testing as part of my care. I have to say I was very surprised at how fast I got the results back and was able to view them in the patient portal when they were available. Again, I did not have to bug medical staff for results or get lab results copies. In my case, I needed to relay this to my siblings for their knowledge and well-being. My father died of the medical condition I have because it was not caught in time. I also have an older brother with the same medical issue who also has to have regular blood draws, as do I. I am very happy with the care I have received and really happy I don't have to keep bugging medical people for lab results or to get copies of labs."
