"My experience was not pleasant in regards to Dr Petals communication. Staff was very nice and so was Dr Petal. My issue was explaining my condition in detail and her not taking into consideration that not every patient is the same. I felt her bedside manner was not great and it definitely needs some work.she also needs to work on her empathy for her patients were I felt she was questioning my chart and condition. To me that shows her lack of experience and education.I also had a medication issue where I wasn't able to afford that one medication at the time or her provide an option I asked for anything I can do besides go to the hospital for treatment but she reluctantly wanted to help aside from repeating the use of the medication I couldn't get.I felt like she didnt have a care in the world. I am on the fence on reporting her to the board as I felt she failed to care for me and made improper statements in my chart that could raise some issues in the future in regards to my health and financial situation. I have consulted with few physicians on my concern and they have validated that it was unprofessional and showed arrogance. But a follow up appointment was the last time ever to have Dr.Petal manage my care.I hope no one else experiences this or will not experience this going forward."
