"Due to this doctors lack of empathy and compassion I had to find another doctor and drive to Dallas. I had never met him before and instantly we butted heads. I saw that he saw me as a number and I did not have a wonderful experience at all. To me he was the complete opposite of what everyone on the reviews is saying. It even crossed my mind if he was slightly discriminatory to certain people. His office staff was kind and cordial, however the doctor just seemed to have a huge God complex and made it seem like I was the problem in having cancer because I am diabetic. He didn’t offer a solution or give me hope and didn’t even care to help with my questions. I held back in writing a review, but I would rather let any individual thinking about using this doctor to also be aware that he isn’t all that people make him to be and it is because of my experience. It depressed me having to talk to him and I could not believe his manner of being toward me. He even stated that I was in denial about being diabetic and my health. I think I darn well know that I have diabetes and cancer."

It’s not often in current times that you find a doctor much less a surgeon that will take time to receive phone calls personally to answer questions and put your mind at ease. His bed side manner is second to none. I feel very blessed to have found him and highly recommend him."

"He is an amazing doctor with an amazing staff. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in April of 2013 in my right breast and after his recommendations and further testing it was discovered I not only had it in my right breast but also in my left and it had spread to one of my lymph nodes under my right arm. He made my breast removal so easy and seamless. If not for him who knows what could have happened. So thankful to have had him as my surgeon. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone I can."

"Dr. Heyne from the minute he walked in i felt comfortable with him. Everyone on his staff was very warm and kind. Dr. Heyne's saved my life. I Thank God for putting him in my path.
