"A very pretty place full of unprofessional, incompetent staff. My father's procedure got rescheduled without warning. They lied about calling us five times when we have no call records, no voicemail, nothing. And then they wouldn't even clear him for the procedure at first because the anesthesiologist wanted his prior medical records. The surgery was already cleared and scheduled by the surgeon, they already had his records, and he's had procedures done there before. Besides which, the day of the procedure is not the time for that! That should have been done weeks ago! The nurse was rude to my father and acted like she didn't want to do any work at all. Just a total worthless group. Avoid this place. They just shuffle people in and out all day without caring for them at all."

"I’m due to have surgery at this facility in two days. I’ve already received the bill! Who does this? Like getting your bill at the restaurant before you even get out of the car. Don’t even have an appointment time. Have been asking the questions for weeks to get the details to my insurance who now don’t want to pay for it. 1 day to go. Can’t decide if I should cancel, sell the house, get a third job, cut my toe off myself or jump off a cliff. So frustrating. What is the point of insurance. No one really cares. It’s about money."

"The surgical staff and doctors were fabulous to my husband and myself. The problem we are having is getting a refund from the facility for our overpayment. We are with Cigna and Park Hill is contracted with our insurance. The EOB stated we overpaid by $1984. Park Hill disagrees with this final benefit amount and is fighting with Cigna. Contract with Cigna states the facility has to refund our overpayment. Our surgery was 2/10/2023…they have appealed the verdict three times with Cigna and lost. We still have not received our refund. They cannot hold our money hostage as they fight with Cigna. Today is September 22, 2023 and still no word on our refund. Cigna has requested the refund for us and they refuse. This facility has been flagged “non compliant” with Cigna according to my last call with The ins. Company. I have never had so much trouble with a Texas Healthcare facility…this is my first! I WOULD FIND ANOTHER FACILITY TO USE. So sad, as the Dr and nurses were very good."
